Respected Sir/Madam,
This is to file complain against Tata Sky DTH service provider, my consumer number is 1109133221. I was paying Rs 153/= basic monthly charges & Rs 249/= for binge services. On 10th September 2020 from customer care, I came to know that from 13th August they have changed my plan to Rs 153/= + Rs 299/= without informing me. Immediately I cancelled binge services on customer care with reference number W0#1-2CO9M22G. After three days I received message that my request is cancelled & they have activated Rs 249/= plan without asking me. Next day again I requested on customer care number & cancelled my binge services & on same day they took away their fire stick. Thus 31 days they have deducted excess amount from my account. On complaining, they refused to refund. While complaining to nodal officer Ahmedabad Gujarat, not got any response.
Hence this is to request you do needful in getting Rs 53/= refund from them, please don’t look on amount, as it’s too low, the thing is that I am being cheated & treated as slave. How they can change my monthly plan without my consent twice ???
