Dear Sir / Madam
I noticed that My bill plan was changed without my concern which impacted nearly 750 INR in my billing amount without my knowledge in the months of July 2022, August 2022 & Sep 2022.
I recently changed my plan from 1199 to 999 to avoid this.
Again they charged 100 rupees for not paying the excess amount
