Respect sir,
My name is Prashanth and I’m writing this complaint regarding my loan which i took from Dhani Loans & Services Limited. I took a loan in dhani app and missed paying dues on time.. however, on 5th May, 2023 I’ve all the dues with late payment charges (including first 3months subscription charges i.e oct,nov,dec2021)as shown in their application.
immediately after clearing the dues they’ve added extra ₹885 in dues by saying “subscription charges added for the months of march, April, may 2022. I’m pretty sure that i never used the app during these months and i’m 100% sure that i never took any subscription in these months.
this is absolutely fraudulent activity of Dhani Loans & Services Limited. i tried contacting them on twitter & through mail but, they are not proving any resolution for the same.. not even explaining about these charges.
kindly look in tho this and pls respond asap. this is the serious issue of many people like me who took loans from this app.
fyi: i took less than 4000inr and paid more than 8000₹ already. still they asked extra 885₹ even i paid the amount.
I’M EXPECTING A FULL REFUND OF THOSE EXTRA CHARGES ₹885. I’m 100% sure that i never took any subscription in the year of 2022.
