Text of Complaint by Vikram Singh:

I applied for upgradation of Plan in Apr-23. My plan got upgraded to 799/- + taxes from 499/- + taxes, but services are not upgraded due to non availability of Fiber Services in my locality. Services are currently running on Co-axial Cable. Asked for resolution twice on Airtel thanks app, both the times request got closed without resolution. On reaching customer care (Sumit & Geetanjali) today morning, they clearly refused to give me the credit for the excess bill charged.
