Text of Complaint by Bhawna Dhingra:

I have airtel black plan with registered phone number as 7838087308. In my area Airtel seller sold me a plan for 4000 rupees for 6 months(DTH+FIber) in october 21 and I paid 4000 rs on the airtel link. From December onwards I started to get messages for paying bills. In january i got a bill of 1069 rupees. I requested the airtel team to give me a clarification but no one was bothered even though I was a priority customer. AFter many escalations, one of the guy Moin Khan, asked me to pay 800+ rupees and told me that the plan sold me was wrong. It was valid for 4 months. Also, I requested the airtel cc team multiple times to give me a receipt or bill from Oct to Dec stating it is for 4 months but no bill is shared yet. To activate my connection I paid 816 rupees and Mosin khan told me that I have an excess amount in my account and in Feb month bill will be adjusted. But again in Feb I got a bill of 291 rupees. I again called the customer care team and the executive said I need not pay as it will be adjusted by an excess amount. Later that amount stopped reflecting in my account.

I was told that from March month onwards I will be getting a normal plan bill of 699+ taxes. But to my surprise, in March I got a bill of 1852 rupees. Again I have called the customer care team but they have no answer and solution. One of the senior guys said that by mistake the amount has been added to the bill rather than adjusting from my last payment. Also, some channels for which I have paid and are in my plan were not coming in my DTH. One of your guys came and tried to fix it and by mistake activated some HD channel, for which I was charged extra. He said that I can request customer care to waiver that as it was not my mistake. I have called and explained to 10 different people in airtel but getting no help.

I am a working individual and work with a reputed company. It is such a harassment to complaint every month for wrong bill charged. I want all my excess dues to be waivered and a normal bill should come else I am going to put it all over social media and complaint at all sites. Thsi is pure harassment even after paying 5000 rupees , every month I am getting bills. This is pure fraud.
