On 25 may 2021 I purchased a motor vehicle from Excel Motors Nashik Mumbai Naka Chand Bhai. Skoda Luara MH04DN4596 Unfortunately, the vehicle has not been satisfactory because the vehicle paper is not clear and when i ask for the vehicle paper Mr Chand bhai owner of excel motors ignore my calls and not provide any response and the car has leaking oil from the engine and other electrical issues when i am call mr chand bhai he collect vehicle from my house dated 26 sept 2021 and promise me to refund money either Provide another clear paper vehicle because of non paper i am not able to use this vehicle and till date Mr chand bhai not provide me refund either another car as his 2 days promise .
As I am sure you can appreciate, I rely on my car for transport and apart from the inconvenience, this problem has also caused me to incur additional cost (I have kept the return note as proof).
I look forward to settling this matter amicably. If, however, the matter is not satisfactorily resolved by 25oct 2021, I will consider taking further action to resolve the complaint either through Consumer Protection or through the courts.
