• I have been paying my electricity bill regularly for ever and the bill never exceeds 700 rs for a month since two yrs, but I was charged 4000 in a month on July which is more than five times of My regular bill for all these yrs. I under stand that you will give justification of lockdown but it is still wrongly assumed. As when I then submitted metre reading in the month of August bill recd was 900 which is completely justifiable. I will not be paying the due amount till the over excessive bill amount is adjusted with respect to my regular meter consumption for all these years. I do not accept that bill would jump to 4000 a month just like that. Pls tell me the procedure to get revised bill.
