Exaggerated bill

Last month I have visited saudi arebia and I have activated 10 days plan for ₹3500/-

I got a message from vodafone stating that your period is complete and I immediately called the tollfree no they have provided and ask the person to deactivate my no from international roaming which he does and i received the message in that regard

Now at the end of nov i got a message not bill stating you have exceeded yr credit limit of some ₹8100 as your current bill is ₹10580

I approached vodafone gallery at santacruz on 1st dec and whenbasked for my bill copy the person said that yes bill will be mailed to you when I insisted to show the details he showed me on the screen my call usages were far below the allowed minutes even my data usage is below 1 gb and they were charging me ₹5000/-additional for data usage

I registered my complain asking for verification in this regard.I recd a call from vodafone next day but he were not able to justify me why they were charging me ₹5000 apart from my asked plan of ₹3500 plus whatever rentals and gst

Can someone from vodafone plz come forward?
