I am very much disappointed with the service of JIO regarding settling of security deposit + excess payment which amounts to over Rs700/- against Jio Post paid mobile no. 9330779768.
I Updated the bank 10 days ago on 25th November 2024 but till today I haven’t received my security deposit back till today.

5 (Five) nomths ago I ported out Jio Post paid no.9330779768 to BSNL Postpaid. But till now I haven’t received my security deposit + excess payment which amounts to over Rs700/- against Jio Post paid mobile no. 9330779768.
I called several times to the customer care from different numbers for this security deposit + excess payment which amounts to over Rs700/- against Jio Post paid mobile no. 9330779768 but the customer care executives always let me go empty handed which you can check with the available customer care call recordings available with you. The calling JIO customer care is no use.
So I am forced to write this email to you to refund my security deposit + excess payment which amounts to over Rs700/- against Jio Post paid mobile no. 9330779768 at earliest or I will be forced to lodge a complaint with CONSUMER COURT against Jio for this matter.
