Th delivery boys are not giving the product in right time. Every time they are giving update that customer is not available. Even if any person gifted us any product they are also not give the delivery of that product as well. And the behaviour of delivery boy are so rude. I am complaining in Amazon from last August. But they are not taking the matter seriously. Recently I purchased a smart watch which is defective so I order the replacement that suppose to get yesterday. But at 9pm delivery boy call me and told me that he thought I am not at home how rediculous it is. I am uploading the picture of watch . I also connect to customer care they are saying I will get the product by tomorrow. My question is why I should wait? Kindly take the necessary step for Amazon I am suffering a lot.
