I booked an event named gokarna new year beach party through Paytm insider. After going there I saw everything was arranged pathetically and that organiser is telling that we have only this sir. There was no food no proper arrangements to sleep. I would like to have my refund from Paytm insider. And than Paytm insider is messaging me day before yesterday that I used all the services there. I am ashamed of this reply by Paytm insider that they don’t know how to treat a valueable customer. I am using Paytm since so long time and always been a reputatated customer never complaint anything because I didn’t had one but now if I am complaining they are just listening to their organiser
