Airtel forcefully want their customer to recharge the monthly plan packs. Even thought I have a valid talktime balance of rupees 17rs, I cant make a single call nor send sms to anyone.
This strategy just makes their customer compulsory to buy monthly / yearly packs. Without the monthly packs / yearly packs, our talktime is used for nothing. There should atleast be an option to retrieve the unused talktime balance, because anyway the talktime balance is of no use.
