Even though i have closed my loans they are reflecting as active, because of that im not able to get personal loan please verify and close

Hi I’m vivek
This complaint is regarding the mobile loan which has been closed long back but still reflecting as active and because of this issue im not able to take personal loan
2 app loans as you can see in pdf which has been closed and displaying as active
1. HDFC BANK – credit card
2. QUADFIN – consumer loan
