The Jio internet usage experience is excruciatingly painful and frustrating, I did recharge of unlimited services which was giving 1.5 GB per day, not only is the internet slow but also it gives me warning about my data usage and when I check it’s way below 1 GB.
Also, the calls are unlimited but the call quality is so bad that all my money is wasted, I’ve been trying to get to customer care but nobody answers.
Jio forces its users to download unnecessary apps with lots of unwanted advertisements and distractions and doesn’t allow calls and SMS without its own apps.
Please help I just want to port.
