Hi,

My no.s was Successfully Ported to Jio on 04th Dec and activated on 09th Dec 2018,At Jio Shop Mira road East Near Shivar Garden.
I recharged my no. With rs.498 for 3 months pack from MyJio app. Everything was good. 
 
But Suddenly after 10 days on 19th dec my no. stopped working , And not working till date(today 22th Dec).
This is my primary no. even my aadhar is also linked to this no. 
I request to activate this no.ASAP.
In this last 4 days , I had to visit Jio Gallery many times, Jio representatives gave me various new reasons of rejection every day
(new photo, new signature, new aadhar xerox) , and made me fill and sign new forms thrice.
On my insisting to meet senior person who is rejecting and giving so many new reasons for delay, the boy at gallery took me to Jio Center on Mira bhayander road near deepak hospital,to meet Mr.Dinesh Rao, who at first resisted to meet me(a customer).
Even Mr.Rao failed to give proper and prompt solution, and still no commitment from Jio side.
Because of silly mistakes by Jio stafff, i am facing mental and physical harassment, and financial losses.
I am loosing lot of business and not able to make any online payments as this is my primary no. everywhere.
I reiterate and request to Activate my no.ASAP.
and look into the matter.
