Hi Airtel Team,
My name is Richard, i have made 2 recharges yesterday one for full voice and data plan (598) and another 10 rupees for main balance. In spite of that when am trying to make a call it says insufficient balance.
I checked the airtel thanks app, it says the data balance is there but am not able to connect to internet as well. I tried calling customer care several time but cant reach a representative.
Am not able to make calls from yesterday, and am working from home. Without internet it is very difficult for me to WFH. It’s really frustrating that we cant reach the customer care representative properly. Please escalate this issue to the next level and fix my issue ASAP.
