I had recharged my airtel dth on 23 march 2020 for three months plan of 1082/- then call up customer care the person asked me to pay more a 100/-, i paid it also, then service got started, after 3-4 days service got deactivated displayed that balance is over. How could this be possible i had paid for 3 months and it got over in 3-4 days.. due to lockdown now no customer care is available. I am sucked up without television at home. Not even free channels are working this is completely wrong, in any case company should help me out. And also make a rule to show free channels
