I ordered Instant Pot Air Fryer Vortex 6 Ltr a few days ago.I received my air fryer order on 23rd June.. product was not at all as shown in the picture. And on Amazon itself I was getting another fryer at a lower price. So I thought of replacing this product and requested for replacement. But this product was not being replaced. Could be returned..So I placed a return request on 27th June. but my return pickup not done.so i requested 2 more times.even then my return pickup not done..then i called customer care and complained.they told me pickup will done in 72 hours..but still no pickup done ..i complained 6-7 times continuously but i was asked to wait.They even told me that I will get advance refund too..But till now neither I have received my money nor my pickup has happened.So far they are telling me to wait for 72 hours. Because of this I am I am going through a lot of mental stress.My work has stopped since so many days due to which I am also facing financial loss.
