We have raised complaints for service for water purifier number of times but since 1 & half months no one came for any service & now my water purifier is not in working condition just because of your lethargic service approach. We have done so many times call logs thru whats app eureka forbes account as well as done complaints thru your customer care number but we have not getting any satisfactory answer from 1 & half months and now my water purifier is not working.

In this pandemic situation we are suffering a lot due to your poor service in fact no service in Rajkot City area.. even no one called or gave us any update on service. due to this unprofessional approach to the customer, now my water purifier is not working and we are taking drinking water from outside resources. Find the below service & complaint ids for your reference and we have even contacted Amazon where we have purchased this Aquaguard & complaint them….

2 times called and complained on your customer care number: 18602661177 Check all recordings of my registered contact number but still no service person came to home… due to this now my water purifier is not working.. Need immediate visit from your local person for my water purifier and need total service without any charge as it’s purely delayed and poor service from YOUR company side.
