Dear Sir / Madam,

Good Evening !

Pranav Ranjan Chatterjee here from Jamshedpur, Jharkhand. I have an AQUAGUARD REGAL RO+UV+MTDS with the Customer ID – 1012613841, the Component ID – CA-0323-010165269, and the Serial No. – 2246108026008867.

On July 21, 2023, at 8:06 PM, I filed a complaint using the Eureka Forbes App with Repair Request No. – CM-210723-12178990 :

Following my complaint, Mr. Nandan (Engineer from Eureka Forbes) came to my house to examine the problem, and he informed us that there was a problem with the PCB, which he replaced after a week. The problem persisted even after the PCB was replaced, and the complaint remained open.

Now, my concern is that will it take more than a month to fix a problem. Every day, I purchase water from the market to survive, because water is essential for all living things. Why should I buy water from the market if I have a Water Purifier? I am extremely dissatisfied with Eureka Forbes’ services. I was constantly calling Customer Care every day to resolve my issue, and Customer Care used to guarantee me that the engineer will visit the next day, but no engineer had visited despite numerous follow-ups.If this is the service you are offering, I would advise everyone not to purchase any Eureka Forbes products. I’m losing patience now, and I’m pleading with you to rectify my issue or replace my water purifier.

I request you to take this matter seriously.
