We have a Eureka Forbes Water Filter, also I have buy 2 year maintenance contract with Eureka Forbes but they are not providing proper services. I am trying to call their customer care number but they are not responding. Their escalation helpdesk telling every day, technician will visit from last 2 days but no one yet contacted me. I have raised a complaint last Tuesday but still no resolution from their end. Even they are not responding over a call. If they don’t want to provide services to us, then I need my money refund whatever I have spend during contract renewal which is nearly 4000Rs.
