Eureka Forbes R.O. needed to be serviced and its cartridge had to be changed. I contacted their customer for many days and despite their assurance nobody came.
Finally after I escalated the complaint I received an online link and was contacted by their customer care to make an advance payment of ₹5000.
After the payment was made they assured their service guy would come on 21-06-2020. It has been 3 days past it and there is no contact from their team and contacting the customer care is also useless.
We have been asking a refund of our money but to no avail.
