Text of Complaint by GIRI BABU:

I have been using the Eureka Forbes water purifier for a couple of years and requested a re-installation request on the 8th Aug as I have shifted to a new location within Hyderabad city itself. My initial complaint was raised as an online complaint on 8th Aug, i.e 15days back from today (23rd Aug) and I did regular followups with the service center () and whenever the call connects, the service engineer convinces me that they have escalated the incident and surely will receive an update within 24hrs, even I talk to their escalation team as well. But there is no progress yet.
I also created another two requests with the help of the call center team but no update or further help and also sent several emails to their group ([email protected]), but no response. I don’t understand if they are providing this pathetic service in Hyderabad and we can assume their service is in small cities/villages.
