I’ve given my vaccum cleaner WDX2 for servicing to service centre in Cherukunnu, Kannur District, Kerala. Below are the proceedings/development on this subject.
19.April 2023: Faulty product handed-over to the service centre. They did not give any acknowledgement slip/acceptance receipt; instead they mentioned some message will come to my mobile number. My name and mobile number were noted in a book.
24.April 2023: An email received with the complaint number.
26.April 2023: I Called service centre and asked for the service status. I was told that there are issues in main-PCB/ board and it has to be replaced and further checked.
03.May 2023: Received a phone call from service-technician and he said there are no issues in main-PCB/board and problem is with the AC power cable. He wanted to replace it and ordered new piece.
12.May 2023: Today even after 22 days, there is neither closure of this complaint nor any due date about the completion.
This service centre is not taking care of customer request and they do not value the time and effort of customer.
I’m placing this request to support to resolve this issue at the earliest.
