I have EurekaForbes water purifier which is under AMC. Water purifier stopped working showing error message saying change cartridge. As per AMC Cartridge will changed once a year , I have to renew the AMC to get Cartridge changed. I have immediately made a payment of 5800k Annual AMC on 22-May-2020, since then I didn’t got any information about serivce. I have followed up atleast 5 times with customer care but they are not responding.
