Text of Complaint by Meet Bhupendra Shah:

We purchased water purifier of Eureka Forbes brand Dr. Aquaguard and the model is NRICH which we paid 20,000/- Rs through credit card on their website. Our water purifier was delivered in couple of days and the technician came and did installation process. But exactly on the 2nd day the water purifier started blinking red light on one side which says there is some issue in the purifier and we called up customer care and the technician came again and resolved the issue but again the technician went and it was just couple of minutes wherein red light was blinking on both side of purifier which indicates the life of purifier is ended and its of no use. We filed a complaint and for replacement we gave them a request to which they said we are providing a request no to you which is 0110252064 and said we will first send our senior technician to verify the issue and then replacement will be done. The senior technician came next day and he tried for 3 hours and after that he said the connection is loose to which we have fixed it and again he left and the same red light started blinking again. We called up customer care many times and the sales person too but they are just saying we will replace it but none of them is answering. We were also told that if there is any issue or if you dont like the product we will return back your money too. Please help at the earliest and resolve our issue.
