Ordered on 19 March 2020 Order# 408-1333097-8744353

Eureka Forbes Aquasure from Aquaguard Cherish 21 litres Cherry Water Purifier
Sold by: Olympia Industries Ltd/ AMAZON. Ordered on 19 March 2020 Order# 408-1333097-8744353, Cost paid Rs.2239. Replacement of Cartridge not done for more than a month after complaint, making the item useless. Complaint made by calling their Toll free number of EUREKA FORBES – 1860 266 1177, a Whatsapp number – 7995753733 was provided. Initially they promised to attend on 28/06/21, but are totally silent now after continuous reminder to both, giving the reason of lockdown. Is it not your responsibility of Amazon to see that, products sold by them are properly serviced?
Despite several reminders since June,21 to Eureka forbes, I could not get any service
on the alibi that, due to lockdown, it is delayed. That does not help me. Should I through
the purifier if it is not serviceable? Is not it a health hazzard for ourselves and children to consume that impure water?
