Hi Team,

I am frustrated with eureka forbes water purifier ,few days back I have renew a insurance of 5000 in a yearly basis and they told that they will give full service 4-6 times whenever required till now my filter is not working and no body helping me with my filter

I don’t have any drinking water or cooking water in my house still then they are not addressing my issue even though I have taken a full water purifier insurance for 1 year

Still now my water purifier is not working since 10 days kindly help me as whenever im asking for refund of insurance money they are strictly denying it i don’t understand how they are taking money without any service
