Text of Complaint by Pamoti Vasudeva Manikanta:

I am writing to express my disappointment and frustration regarding the unsatisfactory service I have received from EUREKA FORBES after purchasing an Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC) online for 2 years. Despite my purchase on November 25, 2023, I regret to inform you that, as of December 24, 2023, no filter change service has been availed. This delay in service not only contradicts the terms of the purchased AMC but also raises concerns about the efficiency and reliability of EUREKA FORBES’ customer support. I expected timely maintenance services as part of the agreement, and the fact that over a month has passed without any action is unacceptable. I reach out through support calls and emails but no response from them. Please help me with this fraud.
