I have bought the AMC from Eureka Forbes on 13th of August,2022 which is valid up to 12th of August 2025 in this AMC service Eureka Forbes is liable to do the servicing of my Aqua guard and replace the candle of aqua guard but its been 1.5yr and till date no service has been done. I have constantly calling in their customer support and raising query in their app and requesting a service but no technician came to attend the request after several request I have called in customer support at stating the same issue to them that after requesting a service from in app the technician used to call me and tell me that in their system no AMC is showing in my registered number and all then they started telling to go to the bank and ask for transaction id for the payment I have done online but in app its clearly showing y AMC from when to when its valid and whenever I call Customer support they also say that yes its showing that you have a AMC and at the end they say that okay we have written all the things which you have told and a technician will visit you today only but its been 6months no technician arrived and today also that is 15-12-2023 I have again made a same complain and they told that today between 12:30 P.M to 1:00PM technician will visit you but no one arrived till now(time:1:30PM).
