I downloded a instant loan APP named EULAVT as i needed a small amount of emergency funds. the aid app asked for my adhaar and pan details and also asked for photo, i have given details to check the eligibility, as amount shown was less i was not interested. The app showed 7000/- disbursed but as there was no credit in the account i ignored the same, thinking the same is app error, this happened on 30/05/22. but i received watsup message on 05/06/2022 stating there is due amount when i checked there was amount of 3850 credited to my account. Usally i get message from the bank for any credit in my account but i have not received any message for the credit and i have not approved for the credit. But still as amount was credited in my account i told the person that i am ok pay but i want to close the loan but he insisted in paying 2940/- when i dint agree they blackmailed me to leak my morphed photos to all my contacts and also hacked my phone and took all my contacts.They are telling if i dont pay they will call all my contacts and harash so out of fear i paid them amount of 2940/-, than there is no contact and i was provided with no payment receipt. The watsup no is 7794894890. But the loan is not closed they will again contact me after 7days to ask for more money. As per my fear they again called me this week also asking for same amount of 2940,they sent obsecene messages to my contacts as they have hacked my contacts. i have attached the image of the same.
I went to cyber crime cell to complain about the incident but they are saying they cannot do anything. they are saying just ignore. they don’t even register complain.
I don’t know how many days i have to tolerate all this nonsense but i fail to understand why no action is taken by anyone if legal system does not support where will a common man go.
Still ok, but why the app is still reflecting more people will be affected.kindly help.
