I was just checking the eligibility criteria of the loan its asked me add the card number to check the eligibility and processed a loan amount, it said i am eligible for 7000 loan and processed 3800 in my account, without my consent, i emailed them before the money would get transferred in my account, mentioning that i am not interested and i did not approve the process but still they processed it, now i have yo pay 7000k which i dont want to i had already had nad experience with hdfc and they ruined my cibil and now this will ruin my cibil too..i need help.
