I downloaded app called EULAVT loan and I uploaded pan card and adhar card to check my eligibility but I have not. Applied for loan but on 31st I received 3850/- in my account and I was surprised who transferred this amount because no email, sms, etc received to me regarding this amount who has deposited and on what basis. But today I received system generated call for repayment or loan amount so I went on the apps to know the details but there they only show repayment of Rs.7000/- due today and extension with 5 days with repayable amout of 2940/- I don’t understand how they transferred amount without any details of interest part and what basis they are asking 7000/- on 3850/- they transferred kindly help me my contact number is 8888828503.
I have also sent them email but no reply.
