Text of Complaint by Akshansh Jha:

My exam was on 1st May. and I paid the home edition test of ETS GRE exam. And I was unable to take my exam from home even with Three different devices. The device I already used to do a diagnostic check the night before give me all green marks saying . It was good to go. Day of the test, it said in my device there is no Google crome browser, So I take different device. And those device I successfully connected to proctor, and he check my ID’s and my entire room, but in the last moment he told me in my device there is not original window so I will not allow you with this device. So again I take another device in and it is said there is showing some type of security issues. So I did not what was the issue is there. So immediately I contact to ETS customer support. They told me don’t worry sir sometimes people facing these type of issue so you please e-mail us I will provide you resolution. After two days I messaged ETS many of times, but they are saying It was my fault because of running unauthorized screen share software at the time of the exam.
This is completely a Lie, I have messaged ETS many times for refund my money but they are forbidding my appeal. I spend a hole year for my GRE exam and I also paid my exam fee and coaching canter fee which is totally waste. ETS such a Fraud company.
