- I had seen this website and really got attracted by seeing the collection of clothes they had. So me and my friend thought of our purchasing few tops. We were constantly in touch with a girl call Priyanka. There was a contact number mention on the website I did call on that no. She said that we were basically from Surat. So after that I was constantly in touch with her and then finally on 10th June me and my friend placed an order of 6 tops. After selecting the tops we were been told by Priyanka that ma’am jis no se hum chat Kar rahe hai app uspe Google pay kejeye. So I started with the payment but could see that the no was not on google pay. We informed her that, she said ma’am fir app website pe Jake payment kejeye first my friend tried doing it, it did not happen then I did and finally the payment happened. We informed that lady saying the payment is done , she said thanks ma’am you will receive your order in 4-5 working days. Then after suddenly I got an updated saying you will get your order in 4-5 working days. We were clam. 10 days passed no update from the team. I tried calling that lady Priyanka her no was switched off. I thought might be after sometime she will on her no, and till date like today is 13th July that no is still switched off. I started messing on fb messenger I did not get any response. I waited then suddenly on 1st July when I messaged in a little rude tone I got reply saying you will receive your order ma’am as we are facing manufacturing issue due to lack of workers it’s getting delayed pls corporate. I felt relaxed after seeing it. And then today when I again went to message there I see that the website is not working, there is no page of ethiqmania on fb and I am so shocked. I have paid around 3500 pls I really look forward for a help.
