I saw an ad on Facebook showcasing a clothing site. I clicked on it & landed on https://www.ethnicfashionstore.com/. Here I saw some products & added a few items in my cart before finalizing the purchase, I had some doubt so cancelled it after receiving an OTP. Somehow the order went through. Now, these guys sent me a confirmation mail that order has been placed but there is no response to follow up emails. It is a complete fraud. Amount of around 4K was deducted from my account through Razorpay and it says that amount sent to STRI ONLINE, Surat. I cannot upload multiple attachments here, else would have done. Please help me. I need my money back. This is absolutely not acceptable. How can Facebook allow such frauds to run ads? There should be strict action taken against Facebook as well as Razorpay for making tie-ups and promoting such fraudsters. Please help me get my money back.

Even I have ordered some clothes from them and till now have not received any updates from them. Feeling it’s a fraud website
I also place order on 18th oct 2020 yet no recived my products.

Even I have ordered and paid them but there is no response. No confirmation and number given on site is invalid.
I ordered a coffee mug as a Christmas present and no one is responding.
I see complaint lodged in Oct and no action has been taken yet against this store.

I am waiting for my haldi ceremony dress.i have ordered it on 24th november but have not received my order yet.Payment has already been done through razorpay.Contact no. provided on website is fake.i have sent around 10 mails to them but not receiving any response feom their side.

Strangely despite complaints since Oct, no action has been taken up until Dec.
Even i have placed an order ro them on 05/12/2020 and received no reply from them. They are fake and strict action should be taken against such people.
Same here. I have placed an order, made payment. Product hasn’t been delivered yet. No replies to emails, contact numbers are not valid. Let’s support to track this fraud and get our money back.
Yeah, for me also. I have ordered an item in dec 2020 and till now haven’t got any update on that.
