I ordered earrings from EthnicCube site, order no #4723 on 18th Nov 2020. They don’t have cash on delivery option, so it was paid order of Rs. 199. I can’t track my order. Only the site shows my order detailed. I get order confirmation message from 51457 number which is little weird .
Now as it is getting late and I did not get any update on the order so I raised a query on the email provided in the website.
Today morning I got a call from 9883109994, the person informed me that my order is cancelled so for refund I need to download something from play store. When I asked the reason in a louder manner he immediately put off the phone.
I have seen many complaints regarding this site. Why this site is not banned till now???? This kind of websites should not be entertained. Pls take legal action on this kind of websites.
