I ordered 5 items in their website www.EthnicCube.com on 5th November 2020. I have not received my products till today. But my order was shown fulfilled. I mailed them no. Of times about my order but they didn’t respond at all. My order no. Is 2232. I paid them through Gpay. According to their shipping policy, they should have shipped it in 24 hours but they have not. They have kept me in dark about the shipping and delivery and then updating the status as delivered is highly not appreciated. I plead your good self to kindly look into this matter and get me my refund
