Same case, Facebook no notice, no invoice, no contact, only Delnext reference and MRW asking for delivery. No Delivery note and no reference.

I was contacted by MRW and asked to collect a parcel, at which point I was informed that I would need to pay €60 to receive it. I refused, as I had no knowledge of the parcel or its contents. I was not permitted to open the package or even inspect it unless payment was made first.
The label stated that the shipment originated from PREFERAT E-COMMERCE, was delivered by Delnext, and accepted by MRW. This appears to be a clear scam, as the €60 payment would presumably go to PREFERAT E-COMMERCE, while the item inside is likely of negligible value.
It is unacceptable that MRW is facilitating or allowing this practice to continue.
