Sir, Madam

I reside at 31 Milad Street. Pondicherry, and my Airtel Landline N° 0413 406 6230.

Over a very long duration my WI FI connection has been cut off though the AIR TEL WI FI supportive apparatus is equipped.

I ve attemted very many times to call a terchnicien but none responded.
Again I ve dialed to this number 9566766866, and this gentleman fixed an appointment at 10 AM on Monday 21st August, cos of this I ve postponed my official appointments inorder to assist the technicien to re establish WI FI.
None had presented as usual.
Dialed to the same number at 1.23 PM , my call was put on hold over 3 minutes and later the call was cut off or disconnected .
This shows the worst manner you AIRTEL interact with custmer who claims their legal right.

You do not possess any right to defame or rule out the logic rights of the customers. As you know, a dissatisfied customer is a major disaster to the business which ll lead to catastrophe.

I sollicit your intervention therefore in this issue to RE ESTABLISH the WIFI as soon as possible.
Or, I may seek the intervention of the COMPETENT AUTHORITY and swap to other company which treats customers with fair service.
