Hello there, i am trying to convert my physical Airtel sim to virtual eSim but when I text to 121 they said my mail id is not registered against my Airtel number which is false. I checked on Airtel thanks app and already verified my mail id via email. I tried calling 121, 198 but no chance to direct contact to customer care provider. I check nearby Airtel store but it didn’t work What do i do now? No other option i guess. So Thank you Airtel for not helping in anyway
