I am writing to formally escalate a serious service failure regarding my eSIM replacement request for mobile number 9137760188, which has been pending since 19th February despite continuous follow‑ups.
All required documents, CRF details, and verification information have already been submitted multiple times. However, I have not received any proper response, update, or resolution from your team. This delay has caused significant inconvenience and financial loss, especially because I am currently outside India and urgently require network access for banking, OTPs, and essential communication.
Timeline of the Issue
• 19 Feb onwards: Multiple follow-ups initiated
• Documents & CRF: Submitted repeatedly as requested
• Current status: No action, no update, no escalation response
This level of delay for a basic eSIM replacement is unacceptable and violates TRAI’s mandated timelines for complaint handling and service restoration.
Impact
• Loss of access to essential services while abroad
• Financial and operational losses due to inability to receive OTPs
• Repeated follow-ups with no accountability from Jio’s side
Request for Immediate Action
I request that my eSIM replacement be completed within the next few hours.
If this issue is not resolved immediately, I will be compelled to initiate a formal legal complaint with TRAI, the Appellate Authority, and consumer grievance platforms for negligence and service denial.
Please treat this matter as urgent and provide:
1. Confirmation of eSIM replacement initiation
2. A clear timeline for activation
