Again it seems no one has read the mail before as I mentioned this many times and Now I have another general reply here.
I am in Australia and using eSIM , So there no question of using the Physical SIM and reactivation of eSIM. I am but fed up with pathetic and unprofessional customer care from Airtel. I have been writing to Nodal officer Punjab and 121 customer care but Surprisingly, there is no seriousness from Airtel to get it resolved. Also , Airtel has to ensure the billed amount for Month for March , April and May should not be charged , please confirm???
I have family plan as black Airtel and someone from Mohali Airtel shop phase 3b2 – needs to go at my home address – 1701 phase 3b2 Mohali 160059 address.
My parents are not mobile by themselves ( Father Parkinson patient and mother has acute diabetes) so someone has to go to my address to get any documentation attested as it was done before. Moreover, for all this documentation they will need guidance and support.
Hope you can get this done asap.
Also , you have not cared to provide response on over billing for March and April
Month as stated below. My bill for last and current month should be exempted as the services were not working and still working so I should not be charged any thing till the services are restored .
Please respond ( but it not with automated replies) .
