I booked a escort service on +917568850536 via whatsapp by paying booking amount of rupees 300, then he sent me a location and told me to reach the location. Then after reaching on location I called him and he told me to pay remaining amount of service which was rupees
2500.
Then he was asking money of various charges and told me that these will be refunded after service is finished, details for which are as follows:
6500 + 6500 = 13000 for security amount(refundable)
14500 + 14500 = 29000 for id verification(refundable)
25500+25000 = 51000 for police verfication(refundable)

After paying the above mentioned amounts he was again asking for 4000 more then, I told him to cancel the service and refund all the refundable amounts mentioned above.

Then he asked me to get refund you need to pay GST of rupees 10000 then your refund will be given and I paid him GST amount.

Now he asking to pay late fess to get refunding and not refunding the money .
Total I have paid rupees 103300 till now which he is not refunding.
