Myself Ravi Sankar. Kandukuri, used to reside in Bangalore, now moved to my hometown near Vijayawada, Andhra Pradesh. I have a RO water purifier in my home which is of Aquasure brand, for which I opted for a servicing plan of 4 times servicing which includes Filters and motor changes. I have been raising complaints against servicing for more than one year and every customer care executive raises my concern at high-level they say in calls, but still even after the number of incidents rising, no technician neither visited my home nor called me atleast on my phone. I have my home address updated in the portal.
Whenever I try reaching on the update, your executives either put me on hold for longer durations or will say that we will follow up but nothing has happened till now, Please go through the documents, attached for your reference and also can check with my mobile number +91-9740635265 for the incidents I have raised all these months and what all they provided as resolution, till now.
