Dear Team,

I am writing to escalate an issue regarding the non-receipt of HSRP number plates. Despite multiple complaints being generated, no action has been taken, and I have not received the plates. Additionally, customer service has been unresponsive, merely generating complaints without providing a resolution.

The dealer has replaced the number plates under the following complaints:

Complaint No. 24706

Complaint No. 33809

I kindly request your immediate attention to this matter and a clear timeline for resolving the issue. Please inform me if further details or documents are required to expedite the process.
