Airtel Cheated on me .

Whom so ever it may concern,

 
Two months back we have visited the Airtel store located in Kalyan Nagar bangalore, there we went to the executive to understand about the plan, Your executive as a sales target explained about the “One famil plan” which has two postpaid numbers and a DTH linked to it we sat there for about 1 hour for all the formalities, as we were explained about the plan we were in the impression that the same plan will be give to us but the very next month we received two different bills i.e one for the DTH+postpaid and the other one separate for the one number, as he was knowing about the linkages and the plan activated he intentionally did not do the same and created the other account for my other number i.e 8007740777 which was to be ported from vodafone to airtel and the same executive knew that the same was to be added to the plan but for the sales target he created two different account, we just simply excused thinking that for the first month there might be some process for the same plan, but again after in the second month there were two different bill same as earlier, so i visited the same branch to met the executive asking for the same, your executive viewed into the whole thing and told that the plan he can see in the system is not same as the one which was explained to us, as our numbers are not merged and there are are two different bills generated for the same, as it is your executives mistake that whatever plan he has explained should continue with the same one, as this did not happened we are bearing the loss of around Rs. 3000/-, he has told me that the money cannot be refunded but even he knows that it was his mistake.
 
When I went to the manager Mr. Asif B I spoke to him regarding the same he didn’t bothered to listen to my issue and asked his store executive to not to refund the amount and I didn’t found him giving any resolution to my issue, he even misbehaved and said we are dealing with the n number of customers like you and and also replied like he is not concerned , and told me that whatever you feel like doing you can further proceed.Store manager threatened to disconnect the plan by airtel.

Kindly look into the matter as he was rude and abusively misbehaving.
The pathetic service provided by the airtel, you people advertise that there will be zero complaints, until people working like Mr. Asif in the stores across will not lead Airtel to zero complaints.
