Greetings !!!
I’m a customer of Airtel network More than 7 years. Recently I was bought Broad band on March 18 2020. At the time of purchasing one of your marketing employee name venkat who says you will get landline connection along with this broad band. He says due to Lockdown I could not able to deliver. Since almost 6 almost I didn’t receive landline(he not picking my calls). And I contact another airtel employee name Satish who is working on madhanandhapuram area. He also not resolving this issue from last one month.
I’m not sure why it’s not resolved at priority basis from Last 6 months.
I can see ads like zero complaints on Airtel customers
Can you please advise anyone on this customer service lacking.. can you please take this mail as a complaint. I was request to resolve this issue and I need land line ASAP…
