Hi Team,
This is regarding the CAF no: 05713838118. I have applied for the connection on 10 June 2021 and was promised that I will get it installed
within 24 Hrs. For the same, I have paid 2829 rental for 3 months in advance as 799 INR Plan.
Even after 4 days that connection was not installed so I called Customer care and asked them to initiate the refund amount.
After calling so many times the customer care they are not initiating the cancel request.
Please cancel my connection request and initiate the refund ASAP.
