We have done DTH recharge for the id 3012008740 on 23rd August 2020 with Rs. 394/-. As the recharge was not done but the amount was deducted we approached the Airtel customer care.They assured that the amount will be reverted and so we went ahead and recharged on 25th Aug 2020 again with Rs 320/-.
This amount of Rs 394/- is neither adjusted nor reverted as per the account statement even after 15 days.(7th Sept 2020)
Due to mis guidance by the customer care, senior executive and escalation team where we had also raised a service request the issue still prevails.
I expect an immediate attention to the issue and bringing it to closure.
